When are the homes available?

4 units will be available in November 2026 and the remaining 4 units will be available in June of 2027.

Are there multiple floor plans to choose from?

Currenty, we only have the 930 sf 2 bed, 1.5 bath unit available. There is an 1152 sf 2 bed plus den option that would be available in June. In order to make that an option, we need a deposit by August of 2026 to get the production started.

Can I choose finishes?

We’re not offeriing finish choices at this time. However, we’re open to discussion. Please contact us.
